Recognizing the Week of the Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

CUPE Manitoba recognizes and celebrates the Week of the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in Manitoba.

The week of the ECE is an important week to recognize and thank all Early Childhood Educators in Manitoba who work tirelessly to support our communities’ children, youth and families.

To mark this important week, CUPE Manitoba shares a reminder to all CUPE Locals in Manitoba to extend a thank you to all Early Childhood Educators, Providers, and Child Care staff who are on the frontlines serving our communities and that Child Care is essential, and not just in times of crisis.

“This week serves as an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge the profound impact that Early Childhood Educators have in supporting the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children, from the youngest infants all the way through school age and beyond” (MB Education & Early Childhood Learning).
