Convention Registration costs: $375 (each) before March 23 @ 4PM, and $400 after 4PM on March 23rd, 2026
Guest Registration Request:
Guests wishing to request to attend without a CUPE Manitoba invitation, are subject to a daily Registration of $375 each/per day. Guests will be seated in a Guest Section on Convention floor and will not have privileges of Credentialed Delegates/Observers. Request to be confirmed by CUPE Manitoba before attendance.

If you are a Reregistered Delegate and identify as, and have lived experience as, a member of an Equity group(s) and wish to register to attend and vote in the Equity Caucus during convention, please mark the appropriate Equity designations below:
Sector Identification
What work sector do you belong to as a CUPE member?

Will you be attending the Sector Conference April 21st, 1 – 4 PM as a Registered Delegate/Observer?
Click here if you will ONLY be attending the SECTOR CONFERENCE and NOT CONVENTION:
Registrants attending the Sector Conference must have permission of their Affiliated Local president to attend, and be in good standing (CUPE MB Bylaws). A $75 registration fee will apply to those attending the Sector Conference only.
Convention Committees:
I am interested in putting my name forward to serve on one of the following Convention Committees. Please note: Thank you for showing interest! Only Individuals chosen for a Convention Committees will be contacted by an official CUPE MB letter of appointment.
To sit on a CUPE Manitoba Convention Committee, you must be a delegate to the convention. Convention Committees may meet up to (2) times before Convention: One month prior to Convention, and one day prior to Convention. Meeting dates to be provided to Convention Committee delegates following Convention 2nd Call. Only those selected for a Committee will be contacted. Thank you.

Convention Events: Attendance and RSVP Request

NATIONAL OFFICERS' BREAKFAST: I would like to attend the National Officers’ Breakfast on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026
This event requires an RSVP. Please note: There is no registration cost. The breakfast event will take place between 7:30am – 8:30 am on April 23rd at the Convention Hotel. Location details to be shared in the 2nd Call to Convention.
Please provide any noted food based allergies or sensitivities on or before April 6th, 2026 in order to for the hotel to accommodate requirements. Food based requests after April 6th may not be possible for accommodation by the Hotel.

1919 LABOUR HISTORY BUS TOUR AND DINNER (OFFSITE EVENING EVENT): Wednesday, April 22nd @ 6:15 PM

Please Note: this bus tour event is limited to the first 100 Registrants. Please indicate your interest in attending below, and the first 100 Registrants will be notified with a confirmation of ticket. If 100 tickets are reached, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list. * members will be notified of Bus Tour Registration, and or if you are on the wait list.
