United Together for Workers’ Rights, Strong Public Services, and a Better Manitoba

We advocate for workers’ rights, strong public services, and social justice across the province. From better wages and safe workplaces to defending public health care and education, our campaigns reflect the priorities of our members and the communities we serve. Together, we’re making real change—fighting for fairness, equity, and a Manitoba that works for everyone.

CUPE Manitoba Children’s Activity Book!

We Work For Manitoba! A Kids’ Fun Book on Public Workers.

This free activity book was designed to educate and entertain kids (and adults!), inspiring them to learn about how public workers in Manitoba are transforming our schools, parks, hospitals, libraries, and beyond.

Featuring word searches, colouring, fill-the-blank activities, and more, this book was created by CUPE Manitoba to provide Manitobans with a fun and engaging way to teach the next generation about the importance of public workers, and how unions are working to protect them.

Stop Federal Bill C-2 and Protect Our Rights!

Stand with migrant workers against unfair cuts! The new federal border bill is an attack on privacy, civil liberties, and migrant and refugee rights.

The Rights, Not Cuts campaign fights to protect essential services—like health care and workers’ rights—for migrant workers in Manitoba. These cuts hurt vulnerable workers and weaken our communities. Add your voice now to demand fairness and dignity for all workers!
