In Person - Online Hybrid meetings will be hosted in each CUPE Regional Office: Dauphin, Brandon and Winnipeg. Members from affiliated Locals shall be appointed by their Local to register, and then a Zoom link and/or location will be provided to delegates. If assigned delegates would like to attend out of the Regional Office, the Hybrid Online meeting will be available.
